Brother, you've been with me the whole time.

If you're in or around Greater Houston, let me know. After I gently break her in, I'd be privileged to have you shoot her.

My Charles Daly 5.56mm and my HK45 I just got. At the time I couldn't find a .308 as everyone was selling out very quickly.

My small collection. Enough to make Pelosi wee her pants? The one on bottom was built with lightest parts I could find, titanium handguards, polymer rear sight and lower, pencil barrel, stock chopped couple inches, etc. As is came in under 4lbs empty. One above it is a different story but was bubba'd with all the toys any Mall Ninja could need! Top one is for 200yd zombies.

One is black, the other is black and FDE.... both work well against piggies, and zombie eradication!

The FDE one, without a handguard in the picture is my 6.8SPC build I'm waiting on a Troy MDX Free Float to go over it, to match the .223.

Colt 6920, Eotech 557 + 4X FTS, GG&G BUIS and VFG, Magpul CTR, DD Omega, Surefire 6P in LaRue mount. I want to switch out the VFG for a FUG and get a MIAD to replace the pistol grip and I'm (hopefully) done.

Nice gun Flint. Have you ever used that laser on hogs at night? My bro and I were discussing the effectiveness of a laser and that I could see the beam getting broken up when it hits some weeds. Also, it doesn't show up well on black colored objects...

Edited to add: Oh and what kind of light is that? Lumen output?

Its possible.
I hunt mostly from an elevated stand....so weeds are not a problem generally. But yes, the beam will not penetrate any opaque object. The laser is for quick follow shots. Take your first good sighted shot looking through the scope, then roll the weapon about 10 degrees (to look past the scope), activate the laser, put laser on pig and tap trigger, repeat until pigs are gone. You never lose your "cheek weld" on the stock....but it wouldn't matter if you did.
Also, it doesn't show up well on black colored objects...
Not a problem. Honest 25mW green laser, I promise you....you can see the dot (and beam) on ANYTHING.

My newest addition.

Colt Commander, of the M1991A1 variety, ORM. GunKote, with some upgrades: an aluminum trigger, Nowlin bushing, beavertail grip safety, and plain black Novak's sights. It has been to Ken Crawley and had the following work done: slide-to-frame tighten, Novak front night sight, crown the barrel, dehorn for carry, and refinished. Smith and Alexander magwell, G-10 grips. All controls, as well as the upper, with the exception of the sights, barrel, and bushing, are what Mr. Crawley dubbed "Wilson Gray." The frame and the aforementioned parts are in black.
