I'd really like to get some of that 21.95 for 100 rnds!
My Bersa has been feeling abandoned since the .380 shortage, and the arrival of the elsie pea into the family.

The price on that .380 ammo was 21.95 per box. At T's guns & ammo on the loop in Texas City. exmarolboroman pm me with who is close to me that wants that 38SP+P ammo that I have no use for. I will be glad for it to find it a home. Was thinking it may be as hard to give that ammo away as it is a litter of kittens.

I saw 380 at the December GRB Gun Show for $20 for box of 50. All you 380 fans in the Houston area - it might be worth checking out the Sow this GRB Show weekend.

I'll be there, but not for ammo, just a few accessories I need (want). The bad thing for me is to take cash, I end up with no cash for Kim Son lunch and a new gun

The best luck I had for 380 was ordering online.I have had luck at both Cabela's and sportmansguide. It takes about a month but I was able to get around 500 rounds for my my new Bersa. I also heard rumors that Academy gets them in sometimes in Plano. I never had luck in getting it though.
Another place for 380 is in Sulphur Springs. I been able to score 380 at the Sulphur Springs Pawn Shop for 19.95 a box. I think your only allowed one box though. It's actually a pretty good place to stop by if your in the area they have quite a bit of ammo there including some 38 special I needed as well.

I ordered 3 boxes of .380 UMC from Bass Pro Shop on Nov 11th and it showed up today. $17 a box.
I also managed a couple boxes of Winchester .380 from Academy in McKinney by spending a couple weeks calling every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning--$20 a box.
You can also find .380 frequently at LuckyGunner.com. They only list ammo that they actually have in stock and it varies from day to day in both brand and price. I think I paid $25 a box for the last bunch I bought there.
On the positive side I was able to stock up on Blazer .45 recently at Academy in Plano for around $20 a box (I think that's the correct price--I know it was much cheaper than I've been paying the last few months). I've also stocked up on Monarch 9mm at $10 a box which has been easy to get for the last month or so--same Academy. I haven't been in there since the day before Christmas though so they may have been cleaned out by post-Christmas shoppers.
