I am roughly exactly your height and weight and have no problem concealing a USP compact .40 or a Sig P229r .40 in a supertuck. Most of the time I wear a medium t-shirt and 32 waist pants with a 5.11 casual belt. Here is a pic of me and the carry rig before putting my cover shirt on, I planned on putting on a button up that day.
