Gun in the home

#1

Post by jbo378 »

Just had to post this. I went to the post office the other day to mail my chl packet and the lady their noticed the address. She then asked me when the law changed saying you had to have a license to even have a gun in your home. I told her you didnt. She said that someone that works close with the DPS told her that. Was I correct or am I missing something.

Yup, yup. This is TEXAS! No license needed to own a gun. No license needed to have one in your home, OR your vehicle. :txflag:
