...after DPS receives your packet is there some sort of update on the website? I applied online before the new website changeover (May 1) and I had been issued a PIN but now, the new website doesn't require a PIN and when I log in, the "Apply for CHL" link is black text and not clickable and the only other options are to apply for CHL instructor and Logout.
I sent my packet certified and I checked the delivery status on the USPS website today and it said that it was delivered today so I was just wondering when there will be some sort of status change/update.

it took mine about 12 days from DPS receipt (certified proof of receipt) to the status changing to processing.

dthlss1, I'm in the same boat you are - I get the same thing when I log in. My packet was received at DPS 15 days ago. I'm trying to be patient

I was in the same boat as y'all. It takes awhile for any info to pop up on the site. My packet was delivered on the 4th of May and it just now popped up on the site as being received with the status off all my paperwork. update (As of 1147pm) Now the fingerprints and background check are under review and printing is pending application review . Hang in there it'll pop up.

Crazy how it takes so long to even get a teeny blip on the website to at least say, "Hey, we got your packet." I've taken to just checking once a day just to see if there's some sort of update. It's still blank but there's nothing I can do; just sit and wait.

Seems like it took two weeks before any sign of acknowledgment came on receipt of the package. Set your mind to waiting a month so you won't drive yourself crazy!

Yep. I mailed my packet and got a return receipt two days later. Sixteen days went by before I saw the status change to "Processing" (I was still under the old method).
