Find an instructor.
Take the class.
Get your paperwork stamped.
Mail the paperwork, et cetera, with the fee.
Wait.

Why not just get a Texas CHL?

My bad. Sorry... I didn't notice it.

You don't indicate where you're located, so it's difficult to recommend an instructor. However, if you're in the DFW area, contact Crossfire on this forum, or see crossfire-training.com

As long as you have your Texas CHL, Utah should be no problem.

Took mine there was very easy like a 3 hr class and mail it in. I have my Texas also. Getting ready for the Pensiyvania one also as all they need is a copy of your Texas and they will give you one also for 15 dollars ive heard. I think it ads one more state also. I got my info from TSRA.
