It's a shame, 28 years old and not bad looking.

In England, prisoners are allowed to smoke, but they're fixin' to prohibit smoking for guards...

And?

I'm twice her age and married to a lady who is a pretty good shot, especially with her shotgun.

Of course, I didn't mean you.

That controversy is highly political.

The cream of America's youth.

While Galveston is generally a pretty safe place if you keep your nose clean, this theater seems to be a magnet for low-level hooliganism.

Residents in the area of 48th and Avenue O in Galveston reported shots fired around 10 p.m. and midnight Friday and 2 and 9 a.m. Saturday. Police took two 18-year-old men into custody after the last incident and charged them with disorderly conduct. Two pistols were confiscated.

Surprisingly, reports do not mention alcohol or drug involvement.

A 21-year-old Galveston woman was arrested and charged with stabbing two women outside a bar on The Strand at 3:15 A.M. Sunday. She bonded out later that day.

The same woman was arrested and charge with stabbing another woman in the parking lot of the Sandpiper Cove apartments in the 3900 block of Winnie Tuesday. Her bond is now set at $80,000.

The victim in the second case is a relative of the victim in the first case.

All of this is reportedly, allegedly, etc.

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is a first-degree felony with a punishment of 5-99 in the slammer. Multiple offenses against related victims probably would not look good at the sentencing hearing.

Maybe anger management classes would help.

I know you are being facetious, but I think she is well beyond that stage. Sadly, I don't know what, or if anything, would help. Maybe she will figure something out while she is on sabbatical.

In Galveston Sunday, a 54-year-old man was charged with assaulting his 56-year-old male "roommate" with an "old, rusty sword."

The incident occurred on Adler Circle, which is one of the more prestigious chunks of real-estate in the city.

In Galveston Monday a police officer attempted to question a 17-year-old man walking in the 3500 block of Avenue R around 3 a.m. in connection with a robbery that had occurred nearby.

The man attempted to take an officers sidearm. Fortunately by that time backup had arrived and another officer applied a Taser to the suspect. The suspect was arrested and charged with a felony offense of attempting to take an officer's weapon.

The suspect has not been charged with the robbery, and another suspect in the robbery is at large.

The takeaway here is that these grown-up crack babies with no ability to plan two steps ahead are walking the streets with honest citizens. They have no restraint and no respect for the consequences of their actions.

At Kroger at 57th and Seawall around 5 p.m. Thursday two suspects shoved and stole the purse of an 81-year-old woman. The victim was not physically injured.

The suspects escaped. They are described as "two black juveniles." The report does not say male or female.

Very brave, robbing an elderly woman. I hope their mamas are proud.

Nothing suprises me anymore in Galveston. We definately have a abundant supply of hoodlums.
If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words.
