I went to the L-1 office in Round Rock since a co-worker went to the West Lake office and told me it look very disorganized. The Round Rock location was a small office - very clean - and the guy working that day was pretty nice. He did say something to me about not needing a gun to be a "cowboy" but I wasn't about to say anything back to him since I didn't want a "problem" with my fingerprints and thus delaying my CHL. He said he does like 50 fingerprints per day so I think he was just making conversation and the short time I was there everything else was fine. If for some reason I had to have them redone, I'd go back to the RR location.

From reading some other comments, if that would of happened to me I think I would of complained. Whether you make your living fingerprinting folks, serving them fries, or fixing their tech problems like me, you should always be courteous and professional.

You may say: "Under CHL, I am entitled to justified homicide in self-defense." Lawyer talk? 1sA? I guess they are kidding, said statement is not.
Seriously, this is none of their business.
