I haven't seen the other slant, but I was going to comment on this after hearing him make that comment. I always use different scenarios in my CHL classes, and ask my students "What would you do?" I try to pound in he fact that you can't just run up on a scene like this or any other and start shooting people that are holding a gun on someone. You don't have enoug information. Thankfully Zamudio kept from shooting.
