Is there a legitimate reason that politicians focus on this crap instead of real problems that this country has? This is why nothing ever gets done. This is why we always hear the same campaign promises. They are all too busy doing this stuff.

They shouldn't be required for mountain bikes that are only used off road, same as dirt bikes and ATV, but If they drive on the roads, and expect the same rights as other vehicles on the road, what's wrong with the same duties?

A politician is not of the people in my books. A politician plays politics; what we need are public servants that put what is right for the people above what is best for themselves.

c) It is illegal for any person to to tamper with, destroy, mutilate or alter any license indicia (marking) or registration form or to remove, alter, or mutilate the serial number, or the identifying marks of a licensing agency's identifying symbol on any bicycle frame licensed under the provision of this division.

Maybe there should be a surcharge for road users with low property values.
