Wife's speeding encounter

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Wife's speeding encounter

#1

Post by sbb »

On Jan 15 the wife was on the way to her employment and was in the wrong lane so she sped up to change lanes safely. Wouldn't you know it, one of Houston's finest was right there to clock her speed. After the introduction she produced her CHL and DL. The officer was very courteous and wrote her a citation for 5 over the limit. The officer began to return to his cruiser and changed direction returning to her side of the auto. His statement, "next time through here be sure to stop and show me your piece". This was in jest because she had told him she was unarmed due to school district policies regarding firearms on campus,
