Colorado has reciprocity with Texas for RESIDENT licenses only. In other words, if you are not a resident of the state your license is issued in, then it is not valid even if they have reciprocity with that state.gus wrote:Morning!

Colorado doesn't have an equivalent 30.06 sign, so any no firearms sign is valid to prevent concealed carry.
Also, even though Colorado is an open carry state, you cannot open carry in Denver per the law.
Colorado also doesn't have an MPA, so you can't carry a loaded firearm in your car without a CHL.

We're heading up to Estes Park in mid June and staying in Rocky Mountain National Park from June 17-24. Any bits of advise or places to see in the area? Mostly doing a bit of hiking and a whole lot of camping and relaxing. Will have young children with us if that matters.
