He got to talking with a small group and drew his gun again. He accidentally(???) fired the gun again - and took off the side of his head. He's not stupid any more. He's dead.

The newspaper didn't say if he had a license to own a gun.

Where is the link to the article? Did this happen in Texas? If it did, why would he need a license to own a gun, none required in Texas? Then again no license is required to be stupid. Why are you questioning the "accident"? Do you think we wanted to blow his brains out?

Im aware of that, my response was against (just not quoted) others above who asked if this was CHL related.
