Carry Conceal while expecting.
Ok so I am expecting #4 . I have not carried in any of my other pregnancies so I am really starting to scratch my head on how I am going to pull this off in a few weeks (I am 15 weeks along right now). The smart carry has worked so far, but I can easily see how in a few weeks I won't be able to reach that so easily and my figure will have changed so that the belt won't hold it up anymore. Purse carry is really not an option--I lose my purse way too much. Any suggestions for a holster for a glock 36.

Congrats!
We're expecting #4 sometime in October. . . my wife's solution for her Springfield SC XD40 is purse carry at this time. I don't have much advice for you, but will follow this thread to see if anybody else has good advice that I can pass along to her.

I dunno... Something involving a very opaque loose top with suspenders holding something up? That might require too many layers to be practical in the summer here, though.mamabearCali wrote:Any suggestions for a holster for a glock 36.
Grats on the new kid, BTW

Good article written for expectant moms (http://www.aware.org/arttruelaw/pregnant.shtml" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
And there's always the Kangaroo Carry (http://www.kangaroocarry.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

I second the suggestion of the Kangaroo shoulder holster. I lined mine with a patch of soft leather right behind the gun to improve the comfort.

It's a crazy idea, I know....but, in your situation, it just might work....

And no recreational shooting after about 14 weeks when the little eardrums form.

Not so fast.....you can always use airguns or Airsoft to keep the fundamentals (sight alignment, trigger squeeze, etc.) sharp.....mamabearCali wrote:Thank you guys so much I am going to see about some of yall's suggestions and sadly no I won't be able to do any recreational shooting now for a few months .
