Same here! Two days after they received!

To kill some time I went to the gun show today at the Irving Convention Center and bought some VC Carbon Fiber grips for my Kimber. :anamatedbanana

I went to the amarillo show to try and buy a S&W bodyguard but they were all $100 over online prices so all I did was sell and old pistol I never use. Oh well, money towards the S&W when I find it.

I've already got my carry gun. I picked up a new Seecamp LWS32 last month. Beautiful little gun, its seriously the most perfect mousegun ever made. No matter what I wear I would never have to not be carrying or worry about printing.

Living in Texas in the summertime, I feel like a mouse gun might actually be justified. All the dudes I know who carry everyday seem to have one or an LCR revolver which they carry when it's 101degrees. Then, when it cools down a bit they wear something else. I'd love to grab a sig p238 if they werent so much bread

THANKS! I would not have even checked until the end of the week if you hadn't said something! Mine says the same!

So now I guess they have to send an intern to the sub sub basement, through the minotaur maze, across the subterranean cave network to the location where they store the blank ID cards. Then said intern will have to make the entire return trip backwards hopping on one leg and if they fall down they have to start all over. Right? isn't that why it takes so long to manufacture those cards sometimes?

I've had the FBI background check for a previous job in California at one point so maybe that helped. Its all pretty much already there on their "files".

I had a background check for my State of Texas nursing license not all that long ago. It did not seem to speed up my background check at all, and I have absolutely no background at all to find. That may actually be the problem some people have. I remember, after my mom died, having to do some thing or another through the IRS. The person I was talking to on the phone remarked that I had an "unusually" clean file, as if that was a matter of concern. I told her it was because I have always taken great care to follow all laws as I know them. I don't know if she bought that or not, but it is pretty much true.
