FS: two tone Kimber Custom II 5" 1911 - $600 - Austin

#1

Post by gigag04 »

Age: 6 years old
Round count: approx 1000
Improvements: two tone refinish, 18lb spring, checkered front strap

Internal extractor model!

History: gun was LEO owned. It was shot for quals, and carried intermittently over the last few years. Owner is also a knife maker, and has the setup for professional refinishing which he did on this one. There slight holster wear that is visible but the gun is otherwise solid. I've never seen it malfunction.

Gun is in Austin where the officer lives, but he comes to BCS for work weekly.

Price includes gun, 2 mags, disassembly tool, hard case.

Good price for a unique looking Kimber.

Edit:Is it green or some shade of brown?

It's so purdy, someone please buy it! It's calling me, someone save me I can't afford another handgun right now.

Thank Goodness it's a 5" model, I can pass on it without a tinge of guilt.

If the gun made it to Corpus I would probably buy it, I just don't have time to go to Austin and won't for a couple months. Looks like a good deal though.
Carry safe and carry when and where you can. I'm just sayin'.

If I hadn't just bought a gun this last weekend, I would be all over this. I'm in Austin, too. :(

I have a Kimber Custom II Target model that I can't imagine selling for that price.
