Re: August 2011 Applications
Congrats Sublevel
The Wally Walk -- I was thinking about this yesterday when I walked over to Wal-Mart from work to pick up something for lunch. I looked around and wondered who in here is carrying. Then I took a good hard look at WHO was in there and thought Christ, you could come in here in a Howdy Doody costume with western holsters carrying 2 Smith & Wesson 629s in plain view and not even get a second look. Why are there so many freaks drawn to Wal-Mart?

Update: headed over to Sam's after work... when I explained the "Wally Walk" to the spouse, she laughed so hard, I thought she was going to stop breathing!
Here's her pix:

My pocket solutions holster for the SIG P238 arrived today along with the SIG 238-TGL laser (gotta go pick up at USPS), holster does NOT work well at all with my Hogue grips, but it's very nice and well built
Wally Walk this weekend...
Funny thing... I've had the SIG 238 for a couple months but I'm just now playing with where to conceal it, lol

Re: August 2011 Applications
By the way, I just purchased the Ruger LCP w/crimson laser. I will test it this weekend. I have met and talked to quite a few people who actually leave home unprotected. Mainly, because of their attire or in a hurry. This ruger is simply my no excuse protection. It cannot replace my glock 23, but a quick run to the store with nothing but shorts and t shirt, no problem and no excuse. Great for church as well. Praise Him!!!!!

Re: August 2011 Applications
The wife just got hers, took exactly 3 weeks from start to finish (Aug 8th mailing to 29th arrival). Mine is unfortunately hung up on a payment technicality, but hopefully they'll kick start it again shortly.
