STOOPID journalism..if you can call it that
The American flag does not fly because the wind moves past it-The American flag flies from the last breath of each military member who has died protecting it, American soldiers don't fight because they hate what's in front of them...they fight because they love what's behind them."

yup ... here comes the
high-capacity, ... ammo clip publicity
Seriously, not every mass shooter wears body armor, uses Glocks or them foot-long "clips"
Every one though ... wore shoes. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these crazies trying to kill others wears shoes They help them get from place to place to hurt MORE people, and sometimes are used in escapes. Ban shoes
================================================================
Ok, this guy gets a degree, can only find a job at McDonalds, but has money to buy all this stuff in a short time ... I'm thinkin' he's using that student loan the OWS says Obama should do loan forgiveness on and/or reduce the Interest rate...
So ... blame Student Loans ...
I was reading on some guy's blog yesterday ...

Wow, perhaps he should get them .40 calibers for the AR too, then they wouldn't have gone through the wall top the next door cinema ...The .40 calibers flatten when they enter the body, without passing through, causing the most damage possible.
They want hollar points and big ole clips and body armor banned ...Police chief: Suspect in #theatershooting wore helmet,

And I thought 4 guns? I take 4 to 7 to church on a REGULAR basis and have taken up to 30 or 40 or so guns to churches in North Texas. (Didn't want to leave them in the house on extended vacations)That many guns and ammo owned by a civilian should have tipped off the authorities

A single belt fed can be just as deadly as all of his guns, in one lethal machine.

Yes, I know this is a terrible situation...and I promise, I'm only laughing because I pictured Dirty Harry with a .40 Glock saying that.

"Journalists" who slaughter the English language should be out of a job.
"...would have went through..."????? What school did this bozo attend?Assuming the small arsenal he brought with him was acquired legally (some of Colorado's gun laws are listed below) Holmes would have went through the required background check and passed given that reports of his criminal history include only the traffic ticket reported by NBC.

Looks like at least 20-25 calibers on this page that I cannot carry in OK. Albeit, unpopular calibers.flb_78 wrote:The Desert Eagle .50AE?Scott in Houston wrote:Um... He forgot to mention that there is a law against murder. Here's a summary of some of the gun laws in the Colorado Revised Statutes (via Angelo Young of the International Business Times):
* Gun registration is not required.
* Gun permits are not required to keep firearms in vehicles.
* As of 2003, it is illegal for any local government or law enforcement agency to "enact an ordinance, regulation or other law that prohibits the sale, purchase or possession of a firearm that a person may lawfully sell, purchase or possess under state or federal law."
* It is prohibited for law enforcement or local government to build databases of gun buyers or gun owners who leave weapons for repair or sale on consignment; people who transfer gun ownership unless they are federally licensed gun dealers; or serial numbers of guns bought, sold, dropped off for repair or left for sale on consignment.
* There are no laws pertaining to bringing firearms from another state.
