I have 2 of these, and have been using them for about 1.5 years now. Only real issue is I lost a screw out of one of them, but luckily it doesn't show and the belt still functions fine. I plan to order more later, and possibly get the velcro lining for additional concealment with a CTAC and their "V-clips".

Just a tip - the "gunners alley" belt :

...is the same belt - the "local craftsman" is http://www.thebeltman.net, and they charge a few bucks more than he does -- go straight to the source. ;-)

♠I wear a belt from The Belt Man - bought it through Tucker for the same cost as direct.

Its a good belt - only complaint is that they do measure theirs a little oddly, and it came out about 2 inches shorter than I expected as well - and that was following the directions they provided.

Next time I order one, I will know! Or maybe, its just time to drop a few pounds....

2" shorter ?

I just ordered a belt from there. also a size 40. if it doesn't measure 40" from end of buckle to the center hole then it won't fit me/VMII/mag pouch at all.

Fudge ...!!!
That ain't no earthquake, it's me!

I ordered the horsehide version with the velcro liner and have had it for about two weeks. It is very high quality, super stiff and looks great. Jim was very helpful when I called to ask questions before placing my order. Mine was a little short as well, but still fits fine. I pan to toerder another in brown.

  as well.

I ordered the horsehide version with the velcro liner too. The Belt has held up good so far. (2 weeks)
I do not think I will be buying another belt for years, unless it is to get another one in a different color. I got mine a little big, and it fits great. I would order one inch extra. not including any extra for an IWB holdster etc. I ordered 42'' it is 41 3/4 to the center hole.

I'm glad to hear everyone's liking their Beltman belts. I'm anxious to get the horsehide belt and key hanger I ordered a week ago.

BTW, that's www.thebeltman.net

You might want to change the address in the topic to the proper website. It looks like the one you have referenced now is some sort of software engineering site.

I really like my bullhide belt. They make a great product. I noticed on their website they make a belt with no buckle. Considering adding that to my travel equipment because removing my belt at the airport security gate is getting old.

I travel by air A LOT! I only wear my Beltman belt. It's never, not even once set off the alarms (XXXXX now I probably cursed myself).

I finally got around to ordering myself a black 1 1/2" bullhide belt (including a stiffener) with a nickel-finish buckle. Now I have 3 weeks to wait.
