Voting for Obama
Voting for Obama is like backing up the Titanic and making another run at the iceberg.

A vote either way is a bad choice.

Re: Voting for Obama
That sentiment is exactly why Obama will be re-elected. Even if you are right, which you are not, I'd rather elect the guy that didn't have the running start at destroying the country.cheezit wrote:A vote either way is a bad choice.

what was the last good GOP we had?
I find it hard to vote against someone aginst lgbt and women's right to choice.
You really think the GOP is here for the people?
as far as Obummer goes. well I find it hard to vote for him either for the above stated reasons along with Obummer care
O and Ron Paul and his return to gold standard would make the market crash of 29 look tiny
So far, unless someone can change my opinion of them I dont think ill be held capitive to the parties.
But I can also say insulting people is not going to win votes either.
please feel free to respond here or by PM If you so choose

Re: Voting for Obama
Take political debate to an election forum or PM, that is better for all.
Both Parties and Both their nominees are driven like puppets. The Puppet Masters are making everyone in the theater laugh or cry and so they do for their own interest.
We need Presidents of first Caliber, like George Washington.

Re: Voting for Obama
I am personally partial to Theodore Roosevelt, George Washington is the Father of our Country, no doubt, but Teddy, I believe, is the father to American Nationalism. Who else has someone shoot him, he beats the man and finishes his speech. But, as both are no longer are with us I reckon I will go with Romney/Ryan...I had read somewhere that we are in the middle of another Civil War, this time fought by Lawyers/Judges. The next POTUS is going to place Judges on the Supreme Court and as past/recent decisions concerning the 2nd Amendment has been decided by one vote, I know where the current POTUS stands...Just sayin'Beiruty wrote:Take political debate to an election forum or PM, that is better for all.

Unless we keep the barbarian virtues, gaining the civilized ones will be of little avail. Oversentimentality, oversoftness, washiness, and mushiness are the great dangers of this age and of this people." Teddy Roosevelt"

Re: Voting for Obama
If Obama's poor performance can be blamed on the poor economic conditions he inherited from the previous administration . . .
What can we expect from a second Obama term, when he'll be inheriting conditions that are even worse?
