They have a support forum:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/reloade ... rum/712267" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They have a support area, like FAQS...but no forum....I Wish They Did~!!
In the FAQs area, I see nothing about having trouble making that program of their work.
Emailing them is not an option shown.

Odd, this definitely says "Forums": http://sourceforge.net/projects/reloadersrfrnce/forums" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I know there's not much there, but the "Help" section has participation (7 different topics).

Yes, I got it to work. Navigate to this web site:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/reloade ... -%20Final/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Download and install the following files:
RRv93x74r.exe
Targets.exe
ManualsA-F.exe
ManualsG-M.exe
ManualsN-S.exe

Depending on your operating system, see the Read Me files explaining how to get Vista and Windows 7 to work.

I've downloaded and installed those.
Do you have Microsoft Access on your computer?
You need that to make it work with the nbd (mdb?) files in the program.
I don't have Access and it's Very Expensive...unless you can find me a free source?

You might try Open Office and their Base program. It will open many Access databases. http://www.openoffice.org/product/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Actually, when I installed it the program asks if you have Microsoft Access. If you choose no, then it will install a 'runtime' version of Access 2007. I installed with Access and without and both ways worked fine for me. Just make sure you choose Enable Content if the Security Warning pops up.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Make sure you use the 'Do not have Microsoft Access' option. If that still doesn't work, try loading the Open Office Base application (free) and see if you can then install it telling the program you have Access.

Also, what version of Windows are you running? That may be an issue.
