Selective Magazine Ban Enforcement

Article linky:

http://www.examiner.com/article/atf-hea ... nforcement
B. Todd Jones, the Acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Cathy Lanier, Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., are being challenged on selective enforcement of the District’s ban on so-called “large capacity ammunition feeding devices” for semi-automatic firearms. This column will serve as a follow-up to an earlier request asking who authorized violation of the ban, after NBC’s David Gregory produced a magazine during his Dec. 23 “Meet the Press” interview with National Rifle Association head Wayne LaPierre.

Emily Miller continues to pressure DCPD over this - interviewing a man who was arrested for same crime recently.

This one's worth a read.

A preview of what might be in store for us if the current administration is able to shove gun control down our throats.

Anyone with spare standard capacity mags (i.e., 30 rounds) should maybe mail one to the TV offices in DC to help them with their news stories. Wouldn't it be hilarious if they suddenly had thousands of "illegal" magazines.

I would laugh at that news story..I thought about sending Piers an old AR 15 with the hopes that he would go shoot it and have a change of heart, then I thought he might end up shooting himself accidentally and figured it was a bad idea....kinda :evil2:
