Took my CHL class on 1/19, paid the fees online on 1/25. Fingerprint appointment is 2/5, and materials will be mailed out that day.

Should I sent them regular mail, or something faster with delivery proof?
1/19/13 - CHL Class | 1/25/13 - Online App Submitted
8/23/13 - Fingerprint Appt. | 9/7/13 - Packet Mailed
9/11/13 - Delivery Confirmation of Packet | 9/27/13 - Manufacturing Pending

Scan documents and upload per the link above.
Shaved 17 days off my wife's renewal process (compared to my brother who renewed at the same time but used snail mail).
