Let's see if I can ginally get this thing to play
Now this is not funny...

No warrants, I would refuse under extreme protest...They may win, and get access on the spot...

But I am reminded that thru all of this a commentator on FoxNews basically said that they were sure there were some residents of that suburb that wish that they had a gun to defend themselves...I assumed it might be from the bomber himself, and possibly the heavy handed police action as well...

Ironic isn't it...

I wonder if they didn't get an answer to the knock, did some of those homes that were not occupied were broken into by the police??? And if so, were those residences secured until the homeowner returned...

You know, some people do go on trips, vacations in the timeframe that this occurred...

We'll probably never hear about any of this either...

What a real Constitutional mess, but those officials and investigators were sure going to get their way weren't they!!!

I would be in the category of "I do not consent, but neither will I stop you."

"insurrection"

I just love that wording in the reasons the pres could use troops
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/insurrection" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
"Synonyms
insurgence, insurgency, rebellion, mutiny, outbreak, revolt, revolution, rising, uprising"

"Related Words
coup, coup d'état (or coup d'etat), overthrow; misprision, sedition, treachery, treason; sabotage, subversion"

pretty much covers everything :rules:

They were treating people like everyday criminals, that is just nuts. I wonder how that would have gone down if the residents would have been legally armed. I know if it would have happened by us, we would be sitting around watching the news with our ARs at our sides and our pistols on our waists. My girlfriend and I both! I most certainly wouldn't have given them permission to enter, I'm not sure I would have even opened the door.
