Guys and Gals,
No disrespect, but I don't think this is the forum to joke about saving up ammo for race riots and/or anticipation of riots. Those kind of comments will show up on anti 2A and liberal blogs as a way to demonize gun owners. I'm not saying you really feel that way, but I am saying that kind of talk can easily be taken out of context.

I missed a small part at the beginning of the defense's turn with the DNA lab witness. Please tell me that they caught the results of the DNA test of Trayvon's left hand fingernails that didn't test positive for even his own DNA.

I could be misunderstanding something, but it appeared to me that when the prosecution was talking about the right hand fingernail DNA test, it said on the screen that there was no DNA other than Trayvon's. Then they kinda glossed over the left hand, but on the screen it said no DNA at all.

I would think that would prove that lack of DNA evidence doesn't mean that it wasn't there, since Trayvon would most likely have his own DNA all over his own fingernails.

No disrespect, but some of us don't care what they think, unless they want to take us seriously and leave us alone.

Not only that, but they'll take anything (and everything) we say out of context anyway.

Yes, if only we would stop joking about all the "fill-in-the-blank" issues, then the understanding, reasonable, and ultra-compassionate liberal anti-"fill-in-the-blank" bloggers would stop attempting to "demonize" us. I find the assertion both absurd and naïve.

That is a ridiculous claim. I was commenting on a post that has been taken down.

That's an interesting observation, as here's "us" re-printing something that wasn't said.. I mean was taken out of context:

For what it's worth, I haven't seen you do it.. :-)

Yes it is and it's also a personal attack that better not happen again.

Mom and step brother testify that it is TM screaming for help on the audio tape. Apparently DA has not rested. Defense wanted to play video tape of brother saying he wasn't sure who was screaming, but naturally it was not allowed for the time being.

On cross, I would love to see defense ask them why TM wasn't in school that day.
