If you want to try a new place, try the Tuscany Bistro in League City at the west end of the Randall's center. Order the Spicy Chipotle Burger. Roasted poblano, avocado, Havarti cheese and topped with a spicy chipotle sauce that will run down your arms.

That sounds like culinary poetry.

Kincaid's in Fort Worth, several locations.

Fresh ingredients, cooked while you wait for it.

The "Cowtown" has grilled onions and jalapenos on it. :thumbs2:

Too bad 5-guys has a strip mall, fast food atmosphere.. 5-Guys burgers served at Bottlecap would be a big winner.

Never did take a liking to Kincaids... Just ok.
I like 5-Guys...but you nailed it on the atmosphere. Whether Bottlecap or 5-Guys has better burgers...well, we should have a foodie outing to have a healthy (or not so healthy :biggrinjester: ) debate on that! I *really* dig the cajun fries at 5-Guys.

Agree with you on Kincaids...to me it all tastes GREAT...except the actual burger/meat itself is just plain, it is not bad, but it is just plain. I do really like the deviled eggs though. My opinion, of course. :tiphat:

What I do from time to time at Bottlecap - bring a bottle of Island Style Teriyaki Sauce (it has a decent amount of soy) and have them cook the meat patties and onions with the sauce...oh man...and then add Cheddar, Mayo, Pineapple, Lettuce and Onions (Raw, in addition to the Grilled Onions done in the sauce)...the sauce just enhances the meaty flavor...oh man...so good...here's a pic:

Kelly's Eastside Burger is awesome however, the service at Kelly's in Allen is crappy. I would suggest the original in Downtown Plano.
