Yep, I spent many a night on that pier and brought home a lot of fish, some large and others not so much but always fun.

Funny thing, I've been gone from Houston 23 years now and have not been fishing since I left there.

Ha, me too. I actually outgrew fishing. Have never been again. 25yrs for me. Although, I've only left HOU since '00. Still a proud Houstonian though, Rockets, Texans, and the lowly Astros.

I believe the water would have become a little murkier in the immediate vicinity when that thing looked me in the eye
It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end-to-end, someone would be stupid enough to try to pass them
