Banshee - it was my favorite model airplane when I was 8 years it was a revelle kit and was a us navy fighter in the Korean war
I have heard it called "the cry of death" guess that would be appropriate for a jet fighter. it was the most beautiful plane I ever saw until the airforce f15 that the thunderbirds flew. still the best looking plane ever made imo

Mine is from sporting a flattop for about 20 years, nothing to do with the style of weapons.

Re: What's the Origin of Your User Name?
Texan by birth, Cajun by ancestry and acculturation. I was born in Houston, TX of two Cajun parents - both of which were the first generation to speak English as their primary language. After they divorced, my mom & I moved to the 'Heart of Acadiana' where I spent my formative years. I moved back to Texas as soon as I graduated from LSU in the mid-90s.
So here I am, a delightful combination of the two most wonderful heritages that this country has to offer!

I'm an 1833 Amphibious Assault Crewman in the Marine Corps and we refer to our vehicles (the AAV) as Tracks!

Well, I'm from Northern California, grew up with liberal values; Thought I would smash a couple pre-conceptions which many democrats have ingrained in our minds lately. NorCal is actually very similar to Texas, however instead of growing tobacco and cotton......Otherwise its pretty much the same. Its them city folk that give us the bad name ;)
Been in Texas for 2 and a half years, with no intention of ever moving back.

You have to look the part to have any chance of infiltration mwahaha. Austin is the capital... the effects of attitude here have the ability to change the entire state. Change must come from within or some mumbojumbo...TrackinPat wrote:Haha but you also moved to Austin which is our "blue" city... but none the less as least you left the dark side! ;)liberalwithagun wrote:Well, I'm from Northern California, grew up with liberal values; Thought I would smash a couple pre-conceptions which many democrats have ingrained in our minds lately.
