2/17 - took CHL class, passed shooting qualification, rec'd signed CHL-100 from instructor.
3/14 - went online to txapps.texas.gov and submitted application online; charged $142 for CHL app fee; registered for fingerprints via FAST and was charged $10.43
3/18 - mailed CHL-100 with Concealed Handgun Application Online Checklist via USPS.
3/24 - fingerprints scheduled to be taken

Did I mail-in my chl-100 too early?
I mailed my chl-100 with the receipt I got from fingerprints

Welcome to the forum. Looks like the average timeline is 45 days. You may not see an update until a week or two before you actually get your plastic.

Received email confirmation of submission via RDS on Friday March 21st. My Georgia CHL expired recently so I'm in limbo status.. hoping for a decent turnaround.

Thank you for replying. I called them today. I was told that I should wait at least 2 months before I expect any status update!

I sent my CHL-100 in via USPS along with my payment receipt (barcode). Do I also need to scan and upload the CHL-100?
