Will go ahead and contribute my updates. For those of you wondering - I'm not sure if they're working on the weekends (with this backlog of apps they may be) I can confirm they do update statuses on the weekends. Last night (Saturday night) I still had the "Waiting on required documents message" whereas this morning I woke up to the first update;

Application : Received
Fingerprints : Complete
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport photo holder : Received
Photo : Received
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
Concealed Handgun License : Print pending completion of application review

For reference,
Snail-mailed all documents 03/25, got to Austin on 03/27.

Jdowpcs, your at the same stage as me and I did the upload method in three pieces. Seems to not make much of a difference which method one uses.

I'm still on day 65 since document upload with no update yet on the website. Does this seem unusual to you guys? I tried calling and got either that the agents aren't accepting calls at all, or it would be a 30+ minute wait. So I emailed them. Anyone ever have luck hearing back from an email inquiry?
Some people see it as a shooting range. I see it as a Second Amendment theme park.

I emailed yesterday morning and have not received a response either. But I called before and get thru. I call @ 8 am and may hold for 5 minutes but I do get a rep. Now what info I receive is vague to say the least.

I wish I knew the magic trick for getting through...haha. I called at a little after 8:00 AM and waited on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I just called them back and pressed 1 at the prompt for them to call me back later.

Got through to the representatives. Somehow, it seems as though my paperwork got lost in the system. The rep I spoke with said he'd forward my paperwork to a supervisor and he said it could be about two weeks from here before they get to it. I'm wondering if it really will take two weeks or if it's just a conservative P.R. estimate. A lot of people I've seen have seen status updates 1-3 days after calling a rep.

Now on 05/14 I'm showing 'Manufacturing' - if it mails today I wonder any chance of getting it by Friday or Saturday?

Time for an update:
Documents uploaded March 24th.

Checked my status today:
Application: Received
Fingerprints: Complete
Affidavits: Received
DL or ID: Valid
Citizenship: Received
Passport photo holder: Received
Photo: Received
Proof of Classroom training: Received
Proof of Proficiency training: Received
Fee: Received
Background Check: Under review

Funny I also received a snail mail from May 6th that I needed to submit proof of citizenship; but, looks like they found it! Wonder if I can ignore the letter or should I call them and verify? I had to upload three times to get all my info on March 24th, so I'm thinking the person didn't have everything at first and just sent out a request letter.
Okay so now is day 51, no activity so I started callimg aroumd 8:37. Twice was told the center would not accept calls due to volume. Third time 8:43 I got put on the hold list with an expected wait time of 36 minutes. After about 9 minute wait I got a rep! (just after the phone connects don't wait for the messages, press 1. If it says the volume is high, do it again a few minutes later. So my issue was a non issue, they have everything like the website indicated. And he put me on hold and went to speak to his supervisor; when he returned he said I should have my license in 1 to 2 weeks!

Sorry about my typos, iPhones have small keyboards and it's hard to fix long messages.
