How often they update status website in a day ?

I've only ever gotten one per day between 6 and 7 am

This is what I don't understand, me and three other co-workers attended the same CHL class and uploaded our paperwork to DPS within minutes apart from one another. This was 45 days ago and as of today everyone of them has had an update and I am still looking at the same screen, as I did on day one. Anybody know how this can be?

I am also in similar timeline 44 days since uploading documents and yet to get update on the status website. After i uploaded the documents, i got email from Caballero, Dannette. I thought that means the documents were uploaded, is it not ?

Got that too and then an update on day 45, so could be any day

It sounds like your attachments didn't upload correctly, many times this happens.

I've gotten two emails from them on day one, stating that they've received my documents...

Thanks, have. I need to go to walmart today so guess the Wally walk will have to wait. Plus I really don't enjoy shopping there so maybe HEB will get the honors.

No update yet. Hopefully it was not lost in some black hole.

2-01-14 took class
2-20-14 payed application fees
3-01-14 had fingerprints done (FAST)
4-10-14 emailed everything
4-11-14 received email stating they forwarded to chl specialist

5-03-14 sent email asking if everything was ok (still no response)
5-13-14 called and waited on hold for an hour before i had to hang up
5-16-14 emailed again no response yet either

i didn't realize the backlog was this bad i was reading about peoples turn around being 20-30 days im guessing those were old...

this waiting game is hard.

Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
Concealed Handgun License : Print pending completion of application review.
