The website is not updated all the time. I had my CHL in hand before they ever updated my status.FormerTSgt wrote:To add insult to injury my friend who took the class two weeks AFTER I did (and submitted two weeks after I did) received his CHL in the mail today. Meanwhile the website STILL reads that they are awaiting my supporting documents (from February) so nothing has been processed yet. I have verified TWICE now over the phone that they do in fact have my supporting documentation but have yet to receive a single reason as to why they haven't even started processing them yet (and before anyone asks, I have never been in trouble with the law; heck I was a military cop for 14 years). Both times the answer I have received is, "not sure what the hold up is, we're really busy; you're just going to have to wait." Over 3 months now. Absolute nonsense.
So.. What exactly do I mail them?

Posted elsewhere today but still pertinent:
Over (submitted in early Feb) 4 months now. Just called again and got a guy who said not only do they have all my required documentation, he sees that I have sent it multiple times (the other representatives said they couldn't see but one upload) and has no idea why it has never been processed but that it has been left sitting and never routed to the correct department. He stated he would annotate my account and deliver all my documents to a supervisor Monday to try and get it processed. He also stated the supervisor will contact me via email or phone on Monday afternoon to follow up with me. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and hope this is FINALLY resolved but I have heard this before. He did seem more sincere than the other guy I spoke with who told me I just have to wait. After over 4 months, what's a few more days?

I took the class 07/05/14. Got the CHL-100, went home and submitted online application and CHL-100. Fingerprinted 07/08/14. Received CHL License 07/19/14.
