I agree with Estes. If they aren't there after filling out a card to speak they shouldn't have their position recorded in the record.

Notwithstanding their Constitution rights to speak, and other than apparent "entertainment" value, I'm beginning to wonder how much value listening to "witnesses" in a public hearing when so many of them bring canned responses to the table?

I wish they would just put all the MDA people in one block, give them however many minutes they are allowed (# of people x 2 mins), and just pipe in the Benny Hill theme song for that time slot. Its not like they are saying anything relevant to HB910. They just want to make their point against the bill. Benny Hill would at least entertain everyone.
