My wife loves to shoot skeet. She has only shoot a few times and is not great at it but loves it. When a date is set if we can make it we will.

Since you have somewhat of a medical background - I had a trapeziectomy and ligament reconstruction using the abductor pollicis longus tendon.

For the rest of us, they removed the bone at the base of the thumb, due to advanced arthritis, and replaced it with a rolled up tendon from my forearm. And yeah, it hurt like, well, a whole bunch.

One more thing - better check the status of Elm Fork Range before Saturday. You realize they are so named because they are located on the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. Web site says they are currently CLOSED DUE TO FLOOD.

Last time we had this much rain, several years ago, they were closed for weeks before the water went down.

"rlol"

Are they even still open? And do they have a shotgun skeet area? I'm thinking this might have been a joke from the Joker.

Garland has spring loaded throwers so you can break some clay birds, but skeet, it is not. :tiphat:

IF Elm Fork is flooded, does anyone have a problem with Alpine?
