I'm curious about the "safety training" they keep referring to in this debate on Amendment 9. Are they talking about what happens in the CHL class? What "safety training" are they talking about?

I don't think this whole circular firing squad has anything to do w. the merits of the amendment. It's just running out the clock.

No relevance. They're filibustering by talking about things that are completely irrelevant to the amendment.

If Huffines does not pull this down we are in trouble with HB 910. He seems to dumb to see it coming.

Btw, if they can filibuster the bill by talking forever about the amendment, why can't they do the same for the bill itself? Is there some time limit on how long each Senator can talk about the bill itself?

If so, couldn't the Democrats still filibuster by talking forever about one of their own amendments?
