I called on the 6 of July they told me it was still processing my paper work. Wanting to know when my wait is over.
Soon I hope. Does the web have to say a status change.

Usually you'll see a status change (ability to change address, report stolen, etc) a couple days before the plastic shows up but some folks lately haven't seen that from what I understand.

Just gotta have a little more patience, man. Practice around the house as much as you can and stalk the mailman.
