Chalk this one up in the "it never hurts to ask" column. I registered online and included a note that I'd love to slide into the March 1 date if there was a cancellation. Not two hours later I got a confirmation that there was indeed a cancellation, and that I'd been registered for the March 1 class. :thumbs2: They rock.

Very cool! Well unfortunately I won't be able to tell you about this split-schedule class - the wife has informed me that I was mistaken that she'd prefer that setup, and she said she'd rather I just take the all-day-Saturday version. So my first stop was LoneStarHandgun, from the recommendations here (and that the BassProShops is so convenient for me), only to see that the March 1 class is full, next one not until April 5! Yikes! So I either go with the recommendations here and wait for that, or try one here, and take it on 3/8.

Thoughts?

Jason the link that you posted is Hand Gun Safty Training. I have taken a class from them for work. I have not taken the CHL class from them. But I did not like the way that the class was taught. Maybe it was just me, but I dont know. If you are still looking for a CHL class to take, you might try looking into Bullet Hole. They have a class just about every saturday. Here is the number 210-679-6781. That is where I took my class. P.M. me if you have other questions.

Edit : I did not read far enough in the postings. I see that you have your class set up.
