Today is 21 April, mailed 10 March...how do I get a status of where I am in the process??

I went to work offshore for a month and was hoping the CHL would be waiting for me when I got home yesterday.

I mailed my packet on the exact same day as you did and have had the same results.
I don't have anything constructive to add to the conversation just wanted to say you are not alone.

Update

1. Mailed 10 March.
2. Sent back to me on 10 June. They didn't like my picture.
3. Mailed them new picture on 29 June (delayed because I was offshore Africa).
4. It is now 4 August. Checked status with PIN, "Application Processing".
