What does your conformation say?

Thanks ,
Kevin
It gave me a checklist of things needed. As I understand it, there is nothing else to send and just to ignore it.

The email confirmation has this
Below is your checklist of required supporting documentation:
• Checklist (or your confirmation email containing the transaction barcode)
• CHL-100 Certificate of Training (received from CHL instructor upon course completion)
• TxDPS will attempt to use the passport photo and resubmit the fingerprints on file for your renewal application. If either of these items does not meet current quality standards, TxDPS will notify the applicant and a new submission will be required.
Please note:
• TxDPS cannot process your application until all Required Items are received.
• Send in all Required Items, including checklist, at one time.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay the processing of your application.
• Required Items must be received by TxDPS within 12 months of your online application. Failure to submit all information within this time period will result in termination of your application. If your information is not received within this time period, your application will be terminated and the fee will not be refunded. (Note: Once any part of the application is received by TxDPS, the application is subject to any deadlines set forth by the notification or request for information from the Department.)

I'm going to guess it will take 87 days.

So why is it asking for a CHL-100 if there is no more renewal course needed?
:headscratch

Still confused...

I'm worried about the prints since mine were on paper and now they only allow digital, right?

Anybody know if they will want new prints?

I'm wondering this as well. Do they still want a copy of the checklist with the barcode?

I processed my renewal today as well and also got the:

"YOUR REQUEST IS NOT COMPLETE until all required materials and documents on your checklist are received by TxDPS."

I really want to believe that I can ignore this.. but in all my dealings with the TX DPS for my business and CHL.. I know that in the past they have been real sticklers about holding up applications for something as stupid as a page with a check mark identifying how you paid them.. not being received!

Having said that.. Can "anybody" confirm that after 48 hours their application showed complete online without mailing them the checklist page?

Thanks in advance!

I renewed mine yesterday and called about having to mail in the bar coded check list and I was told that I still had to send it in to complete the process. They couldn't give me an answer as to why.

I guess it won't hurt to send in a checklist. Better safe than sorry right?

I would like to know what's going on. I tried calling today and all I got was being put on hold, so I gave up. :confused5

I just sent in the checklist. as far as waitng on the phone to talk to someone, I waited 20 mins. last week when I called. they are probably getting more than quite a few calls. Also wondering about pics and prints. Guess I'll find out if they mail me back.
