I'm hoping my plastic arrives in mail tomorrow.

How do you like your Alien? Which one did you get? Cloak 3.0 or ?????
I've read that the Alien holsters have to be
(broke in 2-3 weeks) before they are one of the most comfortable hybrids available.
I've got a Cloak 3.0 and don't care for it for my Glock 26, but I also ordered a shell for my LCP to see if a lighter gun will make it more comfortable. The LCP shell will be in the mail tomorrow.

I'm not used to it so take my review with a grain of salt. From the limited carry I've done in my house and for my body type, I think I prefer appendix carry over 4 o'clock carry. I'm just not comfortable with my gun behind me. I feel like it's printing and easy for a thug to grab. That's why I prefer appendix carry for now.

The Cloak 3.0 seems like a decent enough holster, but I'd recommend adding loctite to all of the fasteners once you've got it set up how you like it.

I have a SmartCarry holster I like. It works with my G26 and my LCP. I've just ordered a Lenwood Specter for my G26.

Cool, let us know how your L. Specter one works out. I've got a GLOCK 19 & have a really comfortable DeSantis leather holster (adjustable too) now BUT the only reason I don't like it is because it's not very easy to reholster my G19, gotta use 2 hands & that's not good. I've watched videos & read a lot about the Alien 3.0 so I'm hoping that one will work for me, will keep you posted though. I'm 6'2"
& waist size 36" & 205 llbs but have a wide hip, so I'm really hoping that the 3:30-4:00 position will really work for me.

Trey, I can't believe it! I think mine (plastic) will be here Monday too. Also I'm 99% sure my (wife) & (grownup kids) ordered me an Alien Gear Holster too; for my B-Day (March 11th). I showed my wife last night the Alien Gear holster on their website & I said "wow they have a 2 holster deal that is a great deal" she followed up by saying "don't you order those,,, me & the kids got you covered" so I tried to get it out of her & she wouldn't talk. Lol!

So I'm hoping both of our envelopes come tomorrow.

I ordered the 2 holster deal with the 2.0 and 3.0. I am very inpressed! Good feel on both. I think I like the 3.0 better but i like the option of the leather one too! Sucks that u have to wait till march 11 to try them!! Lol

I am 5'10 225lbs, i keep moving my IWB from 3 oclock to 430. Dont know what one i like yet till I get out in public. As far as printing, i need some new clothes anyways. Like many have said, NOONE pays attention anyways and even if i print i dont see what the big deal is!!!lol. I am sporting a springfield XD mod 2 (9mm). extended clip hangs out a little... This is all new so i am sure i will have it down in a few weeks! As far as reholstering ur firearm and it taking too hands, ya, i could see that till u get used to it. One question about that, isnt it the draw ur concerned about? How any times do you plan on holstering?!?!? LOL

Nah, I'm again 99% sure they'll give it to me as soon as it comes in mail. They just ordered it early last week,,,I think. lol, so, it may not even get here by the 11th, I've seen some other people's post that they to have ordered the Alien & it has taken 3-4 weeks, we will see.

You can also order Alien Gear holsters on Amazon. No wait time if they have your model in stock. I got the Cloak Tuck 3.0 for my G26 in 2 days. The cost was about the same when you factor in free Prime shipping.

Well, I've got another "Wait" I finally got it out of my wife, 3 week wait for Delivery (they are super busy too) for my Alien Gear's Cloak 3.0 IWB & OWB Holsters (2 Holsters) she & my kids ordered for me for my B-Day. 3 week wait from last week, so AGAIN my wait continues for them.

Yes your right, already thought about that reholstering thing, (2 slow hands verses 1 quick) don't plan on having to reholster ever BUT if there's a situation & I do have to draw I wanna be able to reholster once the threat is gone. For example, what if I have to draw & THEN have to help an injured person or anything like that, I don't wanna just lay my weapon down in public for somebody else to pick up & be in harms way AGAIN. You never know what the situation would bring & you wanna be ready for any & all.
Anyway, my WAIT continues for plastic & 2 Alien Gear Holsters. :waiting:

I ordered the 2 holsters last Saturday and they came yesterday. That was 7 day turnaround, not bad!

I got the crossbreed supertuck. I'm a fat boy so appendix carry is out of the question. The holster is vary comfortable from the 3 to 430 positions. I won a bigfoot belt in a contest. The 2 together makes everything work well together. Feels secure but not uncomfortable. The belt also makes it where you don't have to cinch it down skin tight to hold it all in place.
