NVDR seems very appropriate.

Not arguing, really want to learn this angle of thought.

I agree but some people think every problem can be solved with a gun.

My only problem with NVDR is the instructors who con't teach NVDR well. When I took the original class in the 90's the NVDR section was great, but in my renewals it seems like it's become pop-psych-babble. Or worse, like my first sentence.
