Personal defense TV
Has anyone watched it? I just found it today on the outdoor channel and was wanting thoughts on it? Watching it now seems pretty good so far.

I watch it every week. The hosts have some good info, and they've brought up a lot of things that I've never thought about before....
Only downside is that parts of the show can sometimes sound like a gun or ammo commercial. But then, so do most of the gun shows on these days....

Howdy y'all. Glad to be here.....

Last nights episode was interesting.
They had a segment addressing shot placement on "four legged critters" (specifically Bears and Dogs).
It was brought out that some people may encounter a need to protect themselves from something other than a human threat.
They had a remote controlled "charging bear" and static "bear" targets that had to be engaged.
While all the dynamics of an animal attack could not be simulated (or discussed) in a TV show, the advice they were able to give was spot on IMO.
Longtooth would love the charging bear target.
