First day out

So I got my plastic on Thursday and carried for the first day today. I was kinda worried I might have trouble concealing at work, But made it through the entire day, climbed up and down a ladder to pull some boxes down for a customer talked to everyone at work one on one a bit. At one point I thought I was gonna be outed when a girl came up behind me and put her hands on my waist but some how she missed the large ( on me) p239 I had in my blade-tech ultimate concealment holster.

I have come to realize that the p239 on me, 5'6 135 lbs on a bad day. is very hard for me to wear with a tucked in shirt so I may be looking for a smaller gun to wear at work.

overall the day went well, I pulled my good friend aside who knew I had my chl and asked him if he could tell I was carrying and he couldn't seem to really tell where I had it so that made me feel better.

Sounds like you work retail, so be sure that you check your companies employee manual to see if you are allowed to carry a weapon on the job.
I would not ask anyone at work, including other co-worker's or HR personnel, just in case.

Other than that, sounds like a good day carrying.

I am 90% sure I am not "suppose" to have a weapon at work. but if I am doing it right no one will ever know anyway, I am only at that place once a week and would rather not walk all the way to my car at night with out anything for protection hehe.

my supertuck in street clothing is super comfortable though

- agreed, but stuff happens and would hate to lose my job over it.
I am not allowed to carry at work either, and most likely could conceal it with no issues, all day, as I work a desk job, and would not climb ladders or reach well above my head, or bend in strange ways to pick things up, but I am not chancing it. -- again - be careful

will do, I wont be carrying at my real job, but there we also have a security team that is stationed at the entrances and patrols the parking lot so I feel like its a little safer hehe. I will be going out to walmart soon for my first real public walk hehe
