DPS has had my packet 2 weeks (according to delivery confirmation). The website still says "License Status: Application processed online. Concealed Handgun Licensing is waiting on the receipt of required materials. Once the application and materials have been received by Concealed Handgun Licensing and processing has begun, a more detailed status will appear on this page."

Any idea how long it takes before they update this part, or is it just a wait and hope someday they do?

Sent mine in April 2, just today has been updated. Been checking everyday last two weeks.
Now they say their missing documentation. When I called before I sent, they said they had all docs they needed besides chl-100
Waiting on mail to see what they need.

it usually takes about 2 weeks before it shows up on the website, and for most people, if there are no issues with their paperwork, the entire process (with some exceptions - yes) takes about 35 days from DPS receipt to your mailbox, so the 2 weeks is factored into the 35 days.
