I think DPS label the card as mailed to get you off their back. It does not take three days to mail within the city. I live 20 minutes from DPS. It will be interesting to see what the post mark will read. Tomorrow is another day to scope out the box. I am optimistic.

No plastic today. Snail mail reigns supreme. Oh well, you guys keep those updates coming.
