...by law, any ID issued by Tx should have where they can knock on your door as the address...I'd change address on the D. Lic. then do the CHL app...if they catch you fudging, it will cost you your application...not worth it...it only costs $25 to change your CHL address when you move...don't know ...

Lived with parents for many years
Moved to an apt a month ago (just married) (temporarily... a few months planned)
DL has parents address (as most of mailings... Is this considered permanent address?)
