I had a class B misdemeanor with a disposition date of 6/02/2008 how soon can I apply for my CHL do I need to wait till June 2013 or is there a fudge factor? The date of the offence was 12/ 2006 but took 2 years till it finally went to court... other than that I have a clean record..

My CHL was denied due to it has only been 4 years since my Class B Mis for driving with a invailed drivers lic. The five year point is June 2013. Whats my steps moving forward? Do I go thru the whole process again next year? Classes, finger prints etc etc..???
