Sounds like your good to have it in your car unless you work at a school district, private school, chemical plant, gas or oil refinery. And have a CHL.. What you boss doesn't know, won't hurt him. Actually could save him one day.

Oops. I mailed mine, oh well.

Mailed my documents in today. Fingerprints will be done on Monday. From what I hear 4-6 weeks is the normal wait time. I can handle that, I waited 6 months for my Massachusetts Class A license to Carry.
If I am not mistaking. You are supposed to send in the signed paper for your fingerprints in ...

I got my plastic a week ago, and it has my passport photos I sent in.. I'm glad they didn't use the DL photo since its the same photo since I was 18. I'm 34 now.

Maybe the better question is did you apply online and when did you do it? I'm wondering if they start the background check when you apply online and not when they receive your packet.

None at all. Never had a run in with the law either.

Mailed my packet July 3rd, and received my plastic today July 23rd. 20 days is not too bad. I definitely will continue to browse these forums. Lots of cool people in here and very useful info..
