UPDATE: Mailed packet August 6, arrived DPS on August 7 . . . status changed to "CHL mailed" August 28. Need to check my mailbox the next few days!!

give it about a week...when I talked to DPS, they said that once it goes to "mailed" that's when it actually goes to processing and them in the ...

Plastic finally in hand as of yesterday...just over a month from the time I mailed the packet to the time I received my plastic....could have been worse...my understanding is it used to be anywhere from 3-6 months for a full process

Fingerprints taken and paperwork mailed 8/23. Online status still says they're waiting on the receipt of required materials...
