So my friend and I decided to take the chl class back in dec 06 and both of us sent are apps in around the same time (2 days apart).
fast forward to last weekend my friend gets his license in the mail
I get a letter saying my passport photos were rejected because of the
color of the background ...

I did a online app on Dec 10 and recived pin in mail on Dec 18,
over 30 days now Dps site still says pac mailed to app
